We didn't know what to expect, we don't often go to eat in someone's home, someone we don't know, but this was the most enjoyable experience we've had in months! Luisa's home is beautiful and the layout perfectly suited to this purpose. Luisa made us feel completely at ease, like we were in a restaurant with exceptional service, very relaxed indeed. We had the eight course fish taster menu (these are NOT mini portions) and we were not hurried at all, plenty of time to digest and enjoy. And the food, which is why we were there of course, was just delicious! The fish was clearly very fresh, you can taste the difference. My favourites were the monkfish with tomatoes, and the salmon with fennel. Luisa explained each serving, the story behind the food and how it was cooked, she is obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about Sardinian cooking, and this just added to the experience. If you are reading this and wondering whether to give Scotland meets Sardinia a try, do! You won't be disappointed. Thank you and well done Luisa!

We had a Takeaway from Luisa tonight, I would have to say it was one of the best takeaway meals we’ve ever had. Top quality restaurant food delivered (or in my case collected). I would have no hesitation in recommending Scotland Meets Sardinia. Oh and dessert was Tiramisu, my all time favourite dessert, and it was delicious!

Luisa is a wonderful hostess who goes above and beyond! The meal was VERY extensive and with a lot of variety and all tasty. My granddaughter is Vegan and she even did special dishes for her although I told her it was not necessary. I can’t recommend and praise Luisa enough! Thank you, Luisa, for a wonderful experience!
Luisa has curated a sensational and very special dining experience that we were incredibly fortunate to come upon. The experience was multifaceted and scored an 11/10 in food quality, taste, & quantity (come hungry!).
Luisa is an exceptional host. She connected with us in advance to discuss dietary restrictions and was accommodating and creative in curating the right dishes for our taste and needs. She walked us through each dish, highlighting the origins and how she procured the more rare ingredients. She is talented in creating an experience and a connection with each outstanding course delivered.
As good food lovers with a fine appreciation and cultural connection to Italy, we were prepared to critique. With each dish, the flavours continued to impress and authentically encapsulated the Sardinian palette.
This experience is for you if you: 1. Have tastebuds 2. Have taste
